Honesty & Integrity: The Heart of What We Do

At the end of the day, honesty and integrity are what build trust, and trust is everything. Being upfront, clear, and doing what we say we’ll do, that’s how we work. No fluff, no gimmicks. When a company’s got integrity, it’s not just about making promises, but about making sure those promises mean something. That’s why we take pride in being transparent and real with our clients.

Being a Great Leader Starts with Appreciation

Being a great leader isn’t just about crushing goals, it’s about creating a team that feels seen, heard, and valued. Leadership isn’t about sitting at the top of the ladder, it’s about being right in the mix with your team, listening to them, guiding them, and making sure they know they’re appreciated every step of the way. When your team feels supported, success becomes a whole lot easier, and a lot more fun.

want to know more about us?

Here's some Q&A to get to know us and our processes better before you dive in.

How do you decide which platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) are best for my business?

- This is affected by a variety of factors, including your industry, adspend, and offer. Book a call with our team to get a custom plan of action.

What’s your process for testing audiences, creatives, and offers?

We follow a methodical process based on previous experience having run campaigns for over 300+ businesses, to implement quickly what we have seen works for others in your campaigns, for less wasted adspend. Of course, testing is the name of the game, and it is an essential part of every campaign. However, we prefer to model competitors who have proven success and utilize our internal data on best-performing campaigns from other clients.

How do you structure campaigns (awareness, retargeting, lead gen, etc.)?

- We typically like to create what we call "Intent-based branding campaigns" which are educational campaigns that invite people to work with you but are optimized for content consumption: these campaigns' purpose is to build trust over time.

Of course, we also deploy retargeting campaigns based on the business model of the client to capture the low-hanging fruit.

However, the most important campaigns are the lead generation campaigns. Our general strategy is focused on two pillars: 1. High qualification = we prefer to get fewer leads but more qualified than typical lead gen campaigns. For this, we use various methods. 2. Low friction = having prioritized qualification, every other part of the process should be as easy as possible for the target prospect to proceed with.

How do you adapt strategy if ads aren’t performing?

- Overcommunication with the clients is absolutely essential. "The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in war." Same principle is true with our marketing process. We like to do a thorough competitor research to shortcut successful outcomes, as that eliminates the need for reinventing the wheel for a process that is already working. For newer industries, we stick to time-tested principles and try to pinpoint where the bottleneck is. Is the bottleneck that the leads aren't qualified enough? Is the bottleneck that not enough leads are booking calls? We focus on our "north star metric," which is cost per qualified lead, and work on improving that with tests until it is successful.

What type of businesses have you worked with?

We have been running ads for clients all over the world since 2019, and we have likely served clients in your space; however, book a call, and we are happy to be upfront about this.

Yes, we have worked and continue working with a lot of local business owners, in many different areas.

How do you stay up to date with algorithm changes and platform updates?

- We are part of multiple advanced marketing communities and have a fractional CMO who works with world-class companies.
So everything gets a second look as well from other professionals whom we ourselves take advice from.

Who will actually be managing my account—an in-house strategist, a junior, or outsourced?

- We do not outsource our work; everyone is in-house again with years of experience.

You can learn about our team on the team page.

How often do you refresh creatives and copy?

- Depending on the adspend, this answer varies as the higher the adspend the faster the test should happen. Testing windows shouldn't necessarily be tied to a specific timeline but to a specific metric. The tests have to beat the control to be able to "live" if they dont, they get "killed" and each control has it's specific metrics that need to be beaten.

How do you handle landing pages—do you build/optimize them or just send traffic to my site?

- When deemed necessary, we build and optimize landing pages to help with the general outcome of getting our client more results. What does it mean for it to be necessary, for example, if we see that there isn't an easy way to call from your website, or your site's objective is different from what we are looking to achieve, then building a new funnel would be necessary and part of the process.

Do you set up tracking (pixels, conversions, CRM integrations) for me, or is that on my side?

- We either take over this process to make sure it's done properly, or if you are in the skool module, then you make sure to come to calls to take care of it properly.

How do you report results, and how often? (Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly?)

- In the beginning, we meet weekly on calls with you and your team, or simply communicate via email, depending on how deep the discussion needs to go, and later on, as things stabilize, we can have them less frequently.

What metrics do you focus on—leads, ROAS, cost per acquisition, lifetime value?

- The client and the agency need to settle on one main "north star" metric that we look to optimize for, generally for our lead generation clients, this metric is the "cost per qualified lead" (not to be confused with the simpler cost per lead). This helps align incentives. Apart from our north star metric, we track the full process after a qualified lead is attained, making sure to assist the client with any bottlenecks that are further in the funnel process.

Will I have full access to ad accounts, data, and audiences?

- Yes, we don't hold clients hostage for any information or assets; everything is built inside of the client's assets, and they can keep them after our collaboration.

Pricing & Terms

• Do you charge a flat fee, % of ad spend, or hybrid?

• Are there minimum ad spend requirements?

• What’s the contract length? (Month-to-month is safer than locking in for 12 months upfront.)

• Do you take a cut of ad spend or get incentives from platforms?

- For DFY we have a flat fee of $3000/mo that includes ad management, AI, ad image creation, tracking and optimization, up to 5k in adspend, and more than 10% of the extra adspend. We recommend starting with at least 3k, but we would need to address your specific needs to determine if this is more.

It can be month-to-month, or you can unlock savings for paying months upfront

-For the DWY package, all of the services are the same, but we do it with you, meaning you manage your ad account with our help and guidance on weekly group calls, and it costs less, starting at $397 a month + your ad spend. We coach you during our weekly calls, you do them yourself with our guidance, so you can learn how and why we make decisions the way we do. There are usually other people on the call besides you depending on the week, there can be more people or sometimes you can be the only person on the call and be able to get support for an hour straight.

What benchmarks should I realistically expect for lead cost or ROAS in my industry?

- This is affectced by a variety of factors including location, adspend, creative, offer and more. For a fair evaluation book a call arevlink/vip.

Do you offer any performance-based guarantees?

For business owners with a proven offer and sales system, we are open to such collaborations, prior due diligence.
